We value our customers and aim to ensure satisfaction with every order. Please review our policy below before making purchases.
1. Live Animals (Fish, Poultry, Snails)
- Due to the perishable and living nature of our products, returns are not accepted once items leave our farm or collection point.
- However, we will replace products proven to be damaged or dead-on-arrival (DOA) at the time of delivery — provided this is reported within 2 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
2. Processed or Packaged Products
- Returns are accepted within 24 hours if products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed once items are returned and verified.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method or credited as store value.
